Return
All stickers are final sale.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days (domestic), or 60 days (international) of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, protective film, and labels attached.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
Return Process
To return an item, please email us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your [return] or [exchange]. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your [return] or [exchange]. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Preorders
- By purchasing products labeled as a preorder you automatically agree to the waiting time required.
- The estimated shipping date will be stated in the description, however, those may be subject to delays or early arrivals.
- As a small business preorders help us make new things, we kindly seek your understanding when purchasing preorder items!
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 30 days of delivery with pictures if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If we determine an issue with the product we will do our best to make it right.
For non-tracking shipping: once orders have been dropped off at the post office, we are not liable for any stolen or lost packages. However, please do reach out and hopefully, we can work something out!
If you have not received your order after 10 days of estimated delivery (domestic) or 25 days (international), please email us.
Please do not remove the tags on apparel before confirming that your item has no defects.
Cancellations
